We ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations. We do not accept returns,
exchanges, or don’t provide refunds under any circumstances. The items cannot be returned to the
seller once delivered.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact immediately to customer care after receiving your
order. in the event you receive a damaged / broken/ leaked product.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this
Policy.  

REFUND POLICY
RocheHayatt Luxury Perfumes is not responsible for any damage after the delivery of the
products.
 It’s mandatory to record a video and click photos while unboxing.
In case of refund to be claimed kindly contact our customer care on +91 9319708999 or
write to us on rochehayatt@gmail.com in with the necessary images and videos related to
your claim with subject line “Refund For (full product detail…”.
Contact the customer care team on +91 9319708999 if the order is marked as delivered and
is not received by the customer, within 2 days of the product being marked delivered. No
refunds shall be made post this period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,
unused with tags and in its original packaging you’ll also need the receipt or proof of
purchase.
The amount of refund amount does not include the delivery charge as they are non-
refundable by delivery partners.
Any cash on delivery refunds shall be initiated to the bank account provided by the customer
in the above manner within 4-7 working days.
A claim of refund should be made within 24 hours of order delivery with the details.
Please contact us before sending the item back to us OR enable us to arrange a reverse pick up from our
end and also this will help us to track the return shipment and process your exchange or refund as
soon as the item is received at our warehouse. Refund will be initiated if it passes the quality check.if
reverse pickup is not available at certain location than the buyer has to ship the product by himself to
our address

CANCELATION POLICY

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped from the warehouses and an amount of Rs.80 will
be deducted once the order is shipped and if it is returned back to the seller (prepaid orders).

NOTE :-
1. Before placing an order kindly check that you have entered complete and proper address along
with proper contact number.
2. Sometimes the actual product may slightly vary in colour as compared to the image shown on our
website.
3. As there are a large number of factors effecting longevity of any fragrance, most manufacturers or
brands don’t make any claim regarding the staying duration or longevity of the fragrances.
